Sam & Max from the Telltale video game series. I really enjoy the Sam & Max videogames, they're full of fantastic humor, memorable characters and simple but fun, puzzle gameplay. Done for my Chibi Heroes and protagonists piece.

Edit: Updated these older chibi's resized their heads, added shading and shine effects.
